Adviser / Senior Adviser – Policy and Operations

Wellington, New Zealand · 3–5 days per week · Fixed-term until 31 May 2027 (with possibility of extension)

We're hiring a generalist to help Good Ancestors New Zealand run well, working across operations, policy, research and engagement. Depending on your experience, the role is shaped as an Adviser (for an exceptional graduate or early-career generalist) or a Senior Adviser (for a mid-career generalist ready to lead projects independently). It's a broad role at an early-stage organisation, with real scope to shape how we work.
